尤里·弗拉基米罗维奇·安德罗波夫，苏联政治家、党和国家领导人。历任苏共中央书记处书记（1962—1967年），苏共中央政治局候补委员（1967年）、委员（1973年起），苏联国家安全委员会主席（1967—1982年），苏共中央书记处意识形态书记（1982年起），苏共中央总书记（1982—1984年），苏联最高苏维埃主席团主席（1983—1984年）。此外，他还曾任苏联最高苏维埃第三届和第六至第十届代表。1974年获“社会主义劳动英雄”称号，先后四次获列宁勋章（1957、1964、1971、1974）。
